Ensure no more than the number of guests allowed, come in with a resident.
Watch for roughhousing and running.
Check identification of all pool users.
Ensure each person that comes in the gate is signed in and uses their scan card, keys or wrist band.
Refuse entry or escort violators from the pool area; promoting HOA fees revenue.
Watch for people letting guests in without a scan card, keys, wrist band or signing in.
Housekeeping
We change the trash out when needed and at the end of each shift.
We keep the bathrooms' tidy. We also do regular cleanings at an additional cost.
We keep the chairs, umbrellas and tables in order when the residents leave. At the end of the evening We make sure the pool looks nice for the next day.
We pick up items left and put in lost and found.
Check pool area for health and safety violations
When the water is contaminated we close the pool down and immediately call the maintenance company.
In the case of a storm, Residents will be asked to exit the pool.
We report any broken stairs and rails used to enter and exit the pool.
We report any bathroom and gate issues to management.
Facilities Operations
We can open in the mornings and lock up in the evenings/nights.
Administrative Services.
We maintain a daily sign in log for all residence.
We act as the point of contact in distributing the scan card or wrist band for pool entry.
We keep a list of issues that happened during the shift and place that with the sign in sheet for the board members to see.
